  • Knee ligament sprain

Two  and a half years ago, I had my left knee ligaments badly sprained when I was walking on a shuttle bus (still have no idea how it happened..). I remembered how painful it was and I was sweating like hell. I couldn’t move at all.

Fortunately, it was not a bone fracture but a ligament sprain. I was in a very intensive master program back then but I had to use crutches for 1 month. Thanks to many on-line courses option so I didn’t have to commute with the crutches. The pain woke me up a lot at midnight, and it literally took me 3 months to fully recover. In retrospect, I am very glad that I survived. Although many times my friends still laughed at me saying hey it usually happened to basketball players with heavy movement involved..then how could you sprain your knee when you were just walking normally..

Well, I don’t know either and it remained a mystery to me. But anyway, take care and WATCH YOUR STEP folks!

It seems like it can be so easy to injure yourself sometimes. I was findng a seat on a bus yesterday and as I was moving into the row, the bus started moving and I hit my knee against the seat and it twisted. It hurt so much at the time, but luckily wasn't seriously injured.
