Hello I had my ACL surgery 2 years ago. First year I was on top of my exercises including weight lifting, and gradually stopped. Now my only exercise is basketball.
I recently started weight lifting again, and I noticed I still have problems with the leg that had the ACL surgery.
When I try to do a one legged squat, my knee doesn't go down smoothly. Also, I feel the side of the quad muscles twitching a whole lot.
Anyone have any recommendations? What's the cause? Time to see PD again, or particular exercises that I should try/do?
