A lot of the injuries you suffer from in Lacrosse tend to be from quick lateral movement, right? There's a lot of running, some jumping, but it's the dodging out of the way of your opponents that really is the most likely to suffer.
Choosing the right shoes can make a huge difference in your safety while on the field. Who's got a good brand of lacrosse shoes they can recommend?
