  • My PFS Story.......
    I'm 20 years old and was told by a physician that I have PFS. It's excrusiating sometimes and I don't take medicine unless I'm dyin so it's been difficult. I'm thinkin about getting a second opinion unless someone can relate to or identify another problem I'm having. This all started when my knees started popping. At first the popping seemed innocent but now it's a nightmare. This just hurts like crazy! Now my ankles are popping like my knees. And the pain from my knees are going down into my shins and ankles...I cant explain it any better it's all puzzling to me. I breakdance and love activity. I can't afford to let my hobbies slip out of my fingers. My father has had 4 knee surgeries due to football. He advised NO Surgery, because they'd never be the same. I try to keep the healing as natural as possible. Any tips or suggestions on anything, especially the popping that the physician failed to talk about after I expressed that it was a major problem.
