I'm coming 21 and have been very active all my life as I was a professional dancer and now I can hardly walk! I've had problem for the last 9 yrs but its only in the last 2 yrs approx that they have been really bad, and its only been with in this period that I have been diagnosed with PFS! the pain is so intense that I just feel like giving up because I just can't do anything with out pain and this year I was hoping to start back to dancing but yet again this has been but on hold!!! I work in an office environment and I'm sitting all day which makes things a lot worse during a bad flare up! Although I use taping, take painkillers, anti-inflammatory and have been going to a physical therapist things just haven't improved, (this is my third physical therapist!) I have read about lateral release but I would be worried about having an operation incase it made things worse! can any body give me some advice on any other treatment or anything that might help! Cheers
