  • Patella-Femoral Syndrome
On 11-14-00 I had my second arthroscopic surgery on my knee. The last time he did a chondroplasty and a lateral release. I did great the first couple of weeks post-surgery. But two weeks ago my knee started swelling bad on the outside by the knee cap. So my PT cut back on therapy. Yesterday I was walking and twisted my knee. Then an hour later my knee gave completely out and I fell to the ground. Has anyone had anything similar? What do the dr's do for that. I was told when we did the 2nd surgery that I may possibly have to have a third with bone grafts or something. I am very worried that I have messed it up again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
