Another option would be blood flow stimulation therapy. I know a few people who have tried it and it really works great. It helps the knee heal naturally just by increasing the blood flow. The problem with surgery is they cut away part of the soft tissue that the body needs for cushioning and it doesn't grow back so yes I've read lots of forum post from people who were not happy with the outcome of their surgery. Physio therapy can alsp be costly and time consuming. The blood flow stimulation therapy is something you can do at home every day, several times a day and no extra charge and it works.

Yes, physical therapy can help you in reducing knee pain and recovering from the surgery.

Hi all,

I am suffering from severe knee pain even after my patella repair treatment. I’m really scared about it. One of my friends suggested me to seek the help of an expert physiotherapist. So I’m thinking of considering the best one in Toronto. Does physiotherapy help me to get rid of my knee pain? or Whether I need to re-do my patella repair treatment? Any suggestions would be appreciable. Thank you in advance.
