<p>Volleyball, like all sports, isn't perfectly safe. You run a risk of injury any time you play volleyball - both beach and indoor. Here are some of the most common injuries:</p>
<p>- Rotator cuff injuries (tendonitis, dislocation, etc.)</p>
<p>- Finger injuries</p>
<p>- Ankle sprains</p>
<p>- Lower back pain</p>
<p>- ACL injuries</p>
<p>The knees are at risk when you play volleyball, but it's the shoulders and elbows that take the most damage from the sport.</p>
